Quick question

I’m trying to prepare to move three tanks into one and am come up with a doable plan. I have a few styrofoam box thingies that I’ve received fish in and thought it might be a good temporary home for my fish. They won’t be there long... a few hours maybe. So, will the styrofoam hurt them?
