So I finally got around yesterday to hooking up my apex and setting up the outlets. So my 3_3 outlet which I had my icecaps plugged into is changing from always to advanced and will turn off. Any ideas why?

Next question I tried finding something that shows it but I’m curious to know what level of par reading a hydra64 has at say 30”. My tank is 32” tall and currently have 2 26hd and was thinking of putting a 64 or 52 in the middle to get the par tha low light would be roughly 6-10” above water

Are you remembering to click upload after you change the control type?

In addition, the actual outlet slider needs to be in “Auto” for the program to run.

If you are in advanced programming, you can put in “Set on” to just keep the outlet on. But again, outlet slider on your dashboard needs to be in Automatic position.

Ya for some reason it won’t let me mess with sliders on the dashboard but it is set to auto. And ya I’ve hit the upload changes even tried to unplug and such. On the dashboard it shows the outlet being in but put my hand in front of the gyre2k and nothing out of either. I ended up switching outlets lastnight to keep them on but was kinda irritating. I didn’t see the option I. Advanced for set to on I’ll go back through and check.

Here’s pic of the advanced I set it to always on and once again auto switches to advanced.
