QUICK! What are these bugs in my new cheato?

I just got this cheato from lfs. I see these bugs in decent sized population. I found at least 4 just by looking in the outside. They move pretty quick.

I was about to add it to the tank...omg. Are these pests?

I say freshwater dips as seems that peeps these days only want what they put in tank themselves.so if beneficial pods in cheato then is there anything else there from the lfs with lfs's high turnover off everything.
If kill all beneficial pods and any other pests.can always add more beneficial pods later right.
This was my thinking but slowly thinking more diversity the better.
But im real new to saltwater so idk alot about much tbh.well in actual experience that ive had so only time will tell as my tine progresses ^_^
But just depends if you want to only have what you put in tank and qt everything ( fish/ corals/ inverts etc) or partially qt some things or qt nothing and just get what you get
