Just curious if this will give me enough flow for my 75 or if i should have another powerhead with it. Thanks.

I think it will do just fine. I have a mp10 for a 40g breeder and it pushes all the way across at around 70%. I have two koralia nanos under the rockwork in the back to eliminate dead spots. Is it a standard long 75g?

The mp40 will give you good flow for a 75.

I got an MP40 & MP40QD on my 125g, honestly the QD coul d prob do the job on my tank by itself. They say its suppost to be 40% stronger I don't know a/b that but side by side it's noticeably stronger. It'll work good for you.

Yes its a 75 standard and thank you! Its on my list to get next so sounds like i will be buying it then. Appreciate it!

I run a mp40 and a big gyre pump as well. Tank is 75 gal sps focused.

What do you plan on keeping in there?

bunch of softies. i have a hammer and wall "branching" hammer, RBTA, capricornus, and some sort of paly. the other coral id want is maybe frogspawn and some ricordia mushrooms

Then I would think the single mp40 would more than suffice.
