Quietest return pump for a 200 gallon tank?

My return pump is two months old and never really quietened down and I am now looking to get something as quiet as possible.

If money was no object (and unfortunately it is) what pump would go for to obtain the quietest operating return pump on the market? Does anyone have one working for them now?

Reef octopus varios pumps are dead silent and vary reliable. I cannot hear mine even with the stand door open.

The quietest pump I have is the Neptune Core 20. I run it external and it is dead silent.

I'm not worried about the budget side of things. Its a large tank in the main room of the house so needs to be as quiet as possible, therefore I'll buy whatever it takes to silence it.
Its in the sump in the cabinet so no real need for big head pressure.

I run the DC Sicce 9 at 57% on my 139G system. I love the controls and the fact I only clean it 1 time per year but mine is very far from silent even with a silicone connection hose. It emits a very low tone humming sound I have been unable to silence. I feel like the exception though as I bought it because of the reviews about how quiet they are for others.

Your not alone. I run the same one at 100% and it is very loud, even if i turn it down. Such a shame as it is brilliant in every other way.

I'm running two varios 6 in my living room and can't tell when they are on!
