Any info on this? I just came across a blog on it, has anyone tried like cp? What all does it cure other then ich? How safe is it?

It's safe and effective against ich in my experience, I used to use crypto-pro from national fish pharmaceuticals. Unfortunately, I don't think it's available anywhere in the US anymore. I think I read something about FDA regulations...not really sure.

I found out about it through wet web media, Bob Fenner was an advocate of its use for a period of time. I came back to the hobby and it doesn't seem to be recommended any longer.

Quinine Sulfate has been successfully used to treat both marine ich & velvet. However, I believe you have to redose it every X number of days. Also, I've read several complaints about it being overly harsh on certain fish. o_O That was enough to cause me not to look into it any further, because we're right back to the same problem many experience with copper. ;)

Reef Central has a bunch of threads on it.

Thanks guys.. there are soooo many was to cure ich, as for fw ich, simple garlic and high temp alwaus does the trick, but for marine its somuch complicated.. lol
