i don't care if its controllable or not, ac/dc brands or not, just be quite honey :)
that rated for 1350 gph/5000 liter per hour.

Jebao Sine wave pumps are dead silent, cheap and will come in whatever gph you want.

I have a current eflux return pump. Controllable and rated for 3000gph, zero complaints about noise from me. The only noise I can hear from it is when it fires up after being shut off, there's a little bit of a whine noise until it reaches the speed it's set for.

Sicce ADV AC pumps. They are super quiet and energy efficient. I just upgraded from the 1400 gph ADV 5.5 to the 1900 gph ADV 7.0 since I’m running my chiller inline through the return now. I had the ADV 5.5 throttled back with a valve about 10% and it only drew a mere 33 watts according to my Apex power monitoring.

Why did you upgrade did the ADV 5.5 not work as you thought it would?

It worked great when it was plumbed directly from my sump to the tank. In fact, I had it valved back about 10 - 15%. However, when I redid my plumbing, adding the chiller inline, going from sump to chiller to the tank, the flow wasn’t where I needed it to be because of the added head pressure of going through the chiller, even at 100% wide open. So thats why I upgraded to the 7.0.
