So i got a green horn coral.( i think its called) and its not as fuzzy as in the store. im wondering if there something wrong with it? is it cuz its only been in my tank for about 3 hours? looks like this.

I have a total of 65 watts of cree leds. should be plenty on a biocube.
 
Just give it time. BTW that is a Hydnophora in case you were wondering. Make sure to test alkalinity, calcium and magnesium and especially once that thing starts growing. Also monitor phosphates. If you're not getting any growth you may need to look into phosphates and phosphate removing media. Good luck with the new addition!
 
One more thing, It will kill anything that it can touch. Fast growing and a cool shape as it grows out.

+1 on the killing what it touches at least as far as other acros go, hopefully you were told that- sadly I wasn't and ended up removing it. Neat looking coral but deadly as all get out
 
Make sure u light acclimate it......I know when I got mine, it was pretty ****** of at the intensity of my LED's
