R BTA on the way out! so frustrated

so I don't even know what happened. The light was just on a few hrs ago and it looked fine. But now, it looks like it's on the way out. I have a GBTA in the same tank and it's doing fine. water change was done in Wednesday and nothing has changed for weeks in terms of equipment, livestock, or parameters. really scratching my head here. The mouth is wide open and tentacles dropping. normally during nighttime it usually shrivels up

I did feed both nems shrimps on Wednesday like how I normally do. rinsed and peeled of course

I hope I'm wrong but chances are it's going to happen.

He doesn't look like he is deteriorating so that is a +, so just hope for the best maybe he is just pooping! Mine did this a few weeks ago and actually looker 10X's worse but he did die but he was actually falling apart so I think your's might make it

It doesnt look like its rotting or nothing in the center
