Just curious what some of the clubs across the country are doing at their meetings.

What kind of topics are you covering?
Who are you bringing in for speakers?
What kind of hands on activities do you do?
Club trips?
Contests?
Store nights?
Raffle Prizes?
What vendors have you worked with for sponsorship?


Just trying to get some ideas to hit the ground running in 2014!!

Great topic.

One of the clubs in the area has pizza nights one night a month. Members visit a LFS, go out to eat, and spend the rest of the night at members house, checking out his or her tank and talking. Great way to get to know other in the hobby.

We do poker runs, once a year, stopping by a number of member's homes to check out their tanks, pick up a card, and move on to the next house.

The club also organizes a Frag Swap once a year.

Almost forgot, the club also has several frag growing contests each year.
