R2R giveaways question

If I'd like to start doing giveaways on r2r, what privileges would I need? When I clicked in the giveaways forum, it says I'm lacking the appropriate privileges

I don't think anything is stopping you from picking a forum and just doing a post for a giveaway. The official giveaways with proper tags on them are, I believe, started by R2R staff.
