Right Guys,

I have recently lost a few fish over the last couple of month and in a corner as to what fish to add next.

  1. Yellow wrasse - jumped when I was doing some tank maintenance (always run a cover too:confused:)
  2. Melanarus wrasse - Had this guy like 4/5 years, always a great character used to swim through my hands, ( think was due to old age)
  3. Pair of scribbled Anthias - These guys were out all the time, changed the scape slightly in the tank they went into hiding, then I believe they were upset and must of stopped eating.

If you guys follow my build thread, you will know I love my wrasse, but am after something different.

Current stocklist is as follows

2 Tangs - Yellow and Purple
6 Wrasse - M&F Yellowtail tamarind, Pair of Black tail tamarind, Male Peacock wrasse and Potters wrasse
1 Goby - Pink spotted goby.

So here's the thing, fish suggestions must be Reef safe, Clam safe (cant risk this one) and invert friendly, so please let me know your thoughts?

Heres some I would love but don't know enough about them,

Pair of Watanabei Angels
Long nose Hawkfish
Golden accesor
Blue throat trigger

Any other SPS safe angels?

I need help :p

Thanks again

Those are supposedly reef safe but I have no personal experience. I have an emporer angel in my tank that doesn't bother any coral but still a juvenile so we'll see. Blue throat also on my list, a ton of people have them on the trigger thread and seem to only have good things to say about them.

I think a lot of It comes down to keeping them fed well, I used to have a Moorish Idol for years, never touched anything in the tank.

Do you need nutrients? The triggers eat an amazing amount. Mine was eating 6 cubes of pe mysis by himself daily before he jumped while I was on vacation :( I loved that fish. I couldn’t keep my nitrate under 40 with him in there though.

Not too bad it runs an average of PO 0.03ppm nitrate 5/10

Genicanthus Angels are all reef safe! I have a spotbreast pair right now and they rock! The Ones you mention can be harder to care for though due to decompression.
