Can you easily catch the fish?

I'd recommend a 5min FW dip to see if flukes are present.

They eye is infected but may be from a fluke affliction.

Depending on the result of dip it may need placed in QT and treated with antibiotics.

Thanks, no only 1 eye other is fine, is this safe for the tank?

With one eye cloudy it usually is from an injury. Depending on the tank, it can be rough on a fish to be placed into a display tank where it will have to compete with other fish for food. Especially if one of it's eyes are not good. It places a lot of stress on the fish.

Is tank fairly new? If so, what are your nitrate/nitrate and your ammonia readings?
If fish is eating add some vitamins or garlic to its food for health and stamina

No tank is not new, no ammonia, little nitrate

Local fish stores often carry it some sell API Erythromycin or it's also sold a Maracyn (not Maracyn 2, different med). Also available online Amazon, etc.

Many reefers feel Melafix to be of not much good.

Erythromycin should not be used in a reef tank. It is best administered in a QT that has a good HOB filter, a foam bubble filter, and a powerhead aimed up at the surface actively rippling the water. And you should soak the HOB foam pad and the foam ring from the bubble filter with something like Biospira.

Highly suggest an ammonia alert badge as well. Erythromycin can be a bit harsh on the bio system.

So water changes + BioSpira + lots of filter action = a good thing to get the most out of the treatment of your fish in a way that does no harm to the fish and helps heal the fish's eye (s).
