Rabbit Fur.. or not??

So I only three weeks in to cycling my tank. I have recently started running my lights on a schedule, since this past Saturday. Yesterday I noticed this little patch of white fur, reminds me of rabbit fur.

Any ideas, Is this just part of the new tank uglies? Sorry this is the best pic i could get.
