Hello All.
I have 2 racoon butterflyfish, one that is 3" and one that is 4" that I've had for a few days now in my FOWLR. I have tried to feed clams, frozen, mysis, and pellets, but they won't eat anything. The bigger one hides more while the small one is always darting around. However, I have noticed that they are eating something on the rocks. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Apparently live black/white worms will trigger a good feeding response in butterflies. The white worms certainly did for my freshwater fish.

No, black worms and white worms are very different from blood worms. You can buy cultutes for both i believe online.

Mine loves piscine mysis. It’s been his main food for the last 6 years. He’s never been very finicky though. Yours probably just need more time to get used to their new home.
