Radiant Wrasse (expert only)??

Just curious if anyone knows why Live Aquaria lists the Radiant Wrasse as “Expert Only”?

Thanks for the replies. I was looking to get a wrasse in the Halichoeres family but didn’t want a yellow or green. I already have a Melunaris. All fish in my tanks are all doing awesome and I haven’t added anything in over 8 months. Just thought it was about time for a new addition.
