Alright so my radiant had been hiding for about a week. And then when I saw him this morning I noticed it had Popeye. So I removed it and put it in my sump. I don't have a quarantine tank. What can I do?

It might not be Popeye, but it definitely has an injury to the eye, the Christmas wrasse I have has been aggressive towards it. Anything to do?

I can't see it well enough in those photos to tell.

If it's truly pop-eye, it's almost always caused by an injury (scraping the eye against something). In such case, 95% of the time it will heel on it's own provided good environmental conditions.

Well I had an Achilles Tang that got pop eye during a tank move. I tried the "heal on its own" method and it didn't heal. He ended up losing the eye and dieing.

Now I have a male clown with it due to an injury from fighting with the female. I have moved him to a 10G QT and treating with Epsom Salts and MelaFix Marine. The eye is slowly healing but the treatment said it could take awhile to go back to normal.

I don't think leaving the wrasse in the tank is a good idea. Get yourself a 10G tank and HOB filter and set up a QT tank. You can then observe better as well as treat if needed. The MelaFix Marine will not cause any harm, but it will help prevent infection.

I had a female clown get a seriously bad eye injury. Resulted in weeks/months of healing, but she pulled thru. It was pretty crazy though, sometimes I could see an air bubble behind her eye!! I felt so terrible. Pretty sure she injured it sometime during the move between tanks during 72>120 upgrade
