Just got my Gen1 to Gen3 Pro upgrade back today and boy is there a super night and day difference and my corals are loving it already. I do have 2 quick questions:

1. Why can't I see the UV slider in the advance slider section on the Web page or the app? (I do still have a Gen1 light running on the system).

2. What's the deal with the etg files (which my computer can't open) when it comes to importing lighting schedules?

Correct. I'm under the opinion that since the Gen1 is still linked that the US slider won't show, but just trying to ask to see if my assumption is correct. I'll be sending in the Gen1 for upgrade as soon as I get my new RMA number.

If the two lights are linked together, I would assume that is why it isn't showing (although I cannot confirm since I have two of the same model). You can try eliminating the Gen1 just to see if the UV slider shows up for the Gen3Pro.

Called ecotech and they got it all squared away. It was a backend issue and now the UV slider is available even with the Gen1 being linked. Thank you to everyone that chimed in.
