I have been running the SPS AB program (set to 55-60% intensity) from the beginning with good results. I tried messing with the whites by increasing them slowly and ended up bleaching a few Acros so I knocked them back down to around 20 (along with the reds and greens).

55" L , 21" H , 22 W, actually not to much , you will run Whites on 24 and just those Blues on 100%. So I am currently working on 85 watts max per fixture 175 total, because only have 2 of them , but G3 not the Pro

At the depth of your tank a 35 to 40 percent is right on the money. I spent a lot of time using my Par meter on my tank. I have a IM 40 which is 19" deep. With RMS mount the light is 9" off the water which is the recommend height of the Radion fixture to be mounted on the tank by Ecotech based on the optics in the LED puck's. At 60% I was cooking corals with too much light. Once i got the Par meter I could see that I was at too high a Par in my tank. So brought it down to 35 and everything is much happier.
I run a schedule from The Ecotech User Group on Facebook by a user called NAV.
Here is my schedule.

and my radion is 10" (25 cm) above water

I keep SPS have since 1991 and you cold have issues on the top area's of your rock work. You would have to slowly bring corals up to higher area's of rock work at 60%
