I am hoping to get some feedback on SPS lighting from the experts on here.

I have recently setup a 20g IM peninsula tank which will be SPS dominant. I have two XR15w Radion G3 Pros roughly 8" off the water. To measure PAR I am using an Apogee 200 series meter.

I'm looking for an intensity and spectrum suggestion for this type of tank as a good starting point - and what PAR levels I should expect to see with those particular settings. There is a lot of conflicting information out there about lighting intensity, spectrum, coral needs, and PAR meter sensor inaccuracy. It would be great to have some sort of starting baseline.

I have setup red 24, green 24, blues 100, I’ve 100, white 30. My intensity is 90 but tank is 30 inches deep with diffusers on the radions. I would start around 35-40%
 
I should have mentioned I have diffusers as well. And the tank is 13" deep / water height is 12".

Leepink: At those settings you suspect I'll be hitting 200 PAR near the bottom?

250s-300 mid tank. I haven’t checked the bottom since I don’t have any coral there.

You may want to start 25% intensity
 
^^^agree. I ran an XR-15 pro G-3 on an IM 25 lagoon at 25% for around 1 1/2 year with success.
*The pics I'm about to (try) to post it was when I had let it sit fallow for about 6 months because I had moved all livestock to a build I did. I just set the light on a limited timer of 22,000k while I was waiting to sell it.

Ok, took some measurements. Same location midway down directly underneath the puck.

I set the lights for R-24, G-24, B-100, RB-100, UV-100 CW-30.
Middle of the tank reading intensity at 25% and I'm seeing a PAR value of 80; 80*1.08 = 86.4

Same settings, now switched to 60% intensity, I see 190; 190*1.08 = 205

Same settings, now switched to 100% intensity, I see 290; 290*1.08 = 313.

These numbers seem off to me.
