Radion G5 blue XR15 Bluetooth not connecting

Has anyone figured out this issue with Radions G5 connecting and disconnecting right away from the app?

I run 4 Radion XR15 Gen 5 Pros. No disconnection issues.
Are you running the latest app version and firmware on your lights?

I'm having trouble with this as well. My XR30 G5 is only partially connected in Mobius. I can change lighting settings and reboot the light from Mobius. But, when I try to apply the latest firmware, I get a "Request Timed Out" error message.

I bought three xr30 blues when they first came out and Mine have been doing that off and on since new. Sometimes I run Mobius and everything is fine then next time one or more won't connect. a lot of times if I unplug the one acting up for a few seconds it will work again. But other times it's more involved. They do have a WIFI version supposedly coming soon.

Sometimes you have to remove the light, factory reset it and then re-add again. Mobius sucks - I try to never touch my lights unless I have a few hours to kill troubleshooting...
