Radion GEN 3 Pro Connection Problems

Hello guys, I have a problem with my radion lights. I have three of them over my Reefer 450. I noticed the middle one was dimmer than the others. I tried adjusting the settings multiple times. Sometime while I was troubleshooting the middle three button lights started blinking red and white. I tried connecting directly to the light via USB and factory reseting it with no luck. I cannot connect to the light Via USB or wireless. Im at my wits end with these lights, Echotech is closed till the 27 so I can't cal them. Any ideas? Thank in advance!

I had something similar after buying my third Radion. After about a week it would start blinking and then shut off. I got the same red light blinking with the controller lights. When I finally contacted Ecotech they sent a new one and a box for me to send the old one back. I know it doesn't help you right now but maybe adjust your other two lights to cover the missing light light. You might be able to try the factory reboot to see if that will help until then.

I'm afraid it might be looking like that! I have tried everything. Makes me a little upset at echotech. I have spent a lot of money on their products. I have had problems with mp10 and now the radion.
