Radion Gen 5 attachment ?

what is with the weird looking screws that came with my new Radion Gen 5 , I can’t attach to hanging kit

They are the screws used to hold the light to the rail mount. They fit into the holes in the corners of the light (there are 4 screws/light). I would assume they also hold the hanging kit if you have the right one for the Gen 5s?
