can anyone tell me what are the par readings of the rations gen 4 pro ata 40% intensity 12 inches above the water line,please.

Welcome to R2R. Not a Radion user myself, but I moved this over to the lighting forum for a better response.
you can watch the BRS video at the link below on the radion gen 4 pro. They have par measurements based on 100% intensity and 100% for all color channels and 100% intensity for the SPS AB+ program (100% on UV, blues, violetss, 24% on whites, greens, and red channels). You will have to extrapolate from their numbers based on your intensity and your color channels, but that should give you a good starting point.
