Even if the Radion winds up with an edge on the Reefi, it’s likely just a slight one. Only so much you can do without raw power.

These lights are 'loaners' from the Twin Cities Marine Aquarium Society. I'll test a Mars Aqua if anyone wants to purchase and pay for shipping, although I'll be tied up with testing for months. I also have some Orphek strip LEDs to test as well. Why reefbreeders instead of mars aqua?

If you're talking to me, I use two Ocean Optics specrtometers to determine spectral qualities, and results are loaded into proprietary software for further analyses. An Apogee MQ-510 determines PAR. PUR is estimated by a Seneye device. What is your testing protocol? I'm curious!
Me too. The RB luminaire is huge! Also looking to see how the Reefbreeders test out.
I'll try to examine individual spectrum. Sorry for the late reply to your PM - it dropped through the cracks.@Dana Riddle
would be possible to test each individual LED to see what spectrum it's coming out?
btw did you get my private message? I would be really curious to get your feedback
