Radion Hanging Kit Help Please

Hello,

I just somehow broke a piece that is used in the radion suspension mounting kit. It is the adjustable piece that has a wire go through the bottom and another go through the top when pressed down and out the side. Do you know what this piece is called or where I can get it? I have tried contacting Ecotech and searching their website but have had no luck. Thank you so much
