I'm moving and packed all my radion equip and now I've got a problem! I want to change my light settings and can't use my reeflink because our wireless internet name changed and I don't have access to the plug ins. I removed the reeflink from the account but the light keeps showing off line when I try to adjust it what am I missing?

You either need to reconnect the reeflink, or, plug directly into each light to change the schedule

Appreciate it. For some reason I can't get it to show online.

You need to install Ecosmart on your computer. Then your computer acts as the Reeflink to send data to their website.

I did all of that and still showing off line. I'm ready to throw the light and computer against the wall at this point
