Radion help

I purchased a used radion xr30 pro. I'm trying to get it setup. I set up my reef link but it can't find the radion. I tried to do a factory reset but while holding down the center button nothing happens. I thought about connecting a USB but can only find a small port that I'll need a adapter for. Any help

if this is G5, I’m not sure if you can use Reef Link.
Assuming it is the G5, maybe it is better and easier to connect via Mobius App.
Actually, Mobius also works with G4...

You may need to connect the light unit directly to a PC using a micro usb cable.
Then use the software, i remember you have to download something.
Then you can reset the unit.
It should then connect to reef link.

I just found it odd I can't get the buttons to do anything on the unit.I'll go buy a micro USB cable and see if I can hook it up to my computer.
