RADION LIGHT SHUT OFF!!! Help please!!!

So I changed the light settings to take a few photos. The lights automatically change to 100% brightness. I only had them on like this for maybe 4-5 minutes? Not even? I hear the fans get a little loud during this time. All of a sudden on of the lights just shuts off.

No lights on the buttons, nothing. I switched cables and power supplies (my other light is working just fine) and it’s not any of those.

I have Radion xr30 gen 3 pros.

The button lights blink yellow/orange when I have it plugged into a computer via USB but that’s it.

I already took apart the Radion and cleaned as much dust as I could(wasn’t bad at all though)

Anyone have any suggestions?!?

I have a similar situation, my radion was working and suddenly it shut off, after few minutes I connected back and it worked, but after couple weeks it stop to work, I sent it to ecotech and they changed the leds

They charged me $175.00 and it took like a one week.

They told just told me that my leds had to replace, my radion had like 3 years when they changed

Thanks for the info. I also have radions. Just wondering if this is a problem. I would think they would last longer than 3 years.
