Hey so I've noticed that the fan on my radion is pretty dust covered. I'm thinking I probably ought to do some maintenance on it. Is there a recommended procedure for cleaning/maintaining a light like there is for cleaning pumps? What (if anything) do you guys do?

Cover the tank, use canned air (think computer keyboard dust removal) and blow the dust off. That should work unless the dust is stuck on do to oil or other household contaminates.

I just take the light down, unscrew the 4 screws to take the cover off then 4 more screws for the fan. Clean everything up and put everything back and re hang. Takes 15 minutes as long as the cord cooperates. I do it on the floor next to the tank so I don't have to pull apart the wires, just unplug it.
