Radion "Missing" from Apex

For some reason while i'm at work everyday one of my Radions decides to go missing and shut off. I've updated all the firmware and the WXM module but still nothing. Anyone have any idea why it keeps doing it?

Mine do this as well. They come back on, but its annoying. Would like to find out the reason!

Checked the connections to the light/module? Have you tried swapping out the wiring to see if it’s the cable?

It’s annoying... same thing happens to my Vortechs as well from time to time.

My vortex pumps have never disappeared. My pumps are less than 2 years old. Not sure if the age of the light or pump makes a difference.

Any metal between the WXM module and the light. I was having the same issue with my left Radion. Someone on the Neptune site suggested moving the WXM module higher or in a more direct line of sight to the light. Moved the module up higher and it worked like a champ. No more drop offs. Should work the same with the Vortechs. Hope this helps someone.

I have my WXM. Upstairs by the Amin Tank six radion. No issues. One down stairs. Below in basement frag tank has issue. Can we use 2 WXM. ???

I can't remember what exactly fixed it but even now when I experience this problem I just restart my apex and it will come on.

Sloppy post by me above. Question. If we have lights in two different rooms on two different tanks, frag tank Qt and dislplay tank. Will two WXM One per Room solve the problem. Perhaps issue is connection lost due to space between light and WXM?
Can we even put two WXM on. Neptune?

Same thing happening here. Two xr30’s and three vortechs just randomly disconnect. They’ve been running for over a year with no issues and last two weeks it’s just blinking off and coming back on five minutes later about once an hour.

the vortech controllers are in the same cabinet as the wxm module, there’s no line of sight issues. And the cabinet is right next to the tank.
