Hey everyone, so I just purchased a Radion Pro and set it up last night with the programming and everything. I currently have a mixed reef of stonies and softies (mostly zoas in my tank). I'm not too sure what colors and what brightness I should start out with? Before I had the 3 watt chinese LEDs 2:1 blue to white and had amazing growth and color when coupled with t5s, but the lights died out and I decided to go for a Radion Pro and try it out. I only have 1 Pro and will buy another when I can get the cash together. For now Id like to know if anyone out there has a proven lighting schedule and color scheme that works well with stonies and zoos. My tank is 20'' tall as well. What would you suggest for UV, Blues, Red, and Green as far as intensity and how long each should be on for the day. Thanks in advance!

Joe

I always suggest to people that are new to the Radions to use the acclimation program for a minimum 4-5 week period.
Not sure of how good the led setup you had previously, how many and how many T5's, ( and the quality of both) I would still suggest atleast a 3-4 week acclimation program.
I would start out at about 45% and top out at 65% using the radiant color program.
Once the acclimation program has run it's course, then do adjustments to the intensity and colors depending on your tastes.
Don't make the mistake of jumping in with a high intensity level. These lights will burn corals if they are not acclimated to them.
There is a poll/thread on reefcentral that people have posted the intensity's that they are using and the results may surprise you.
