look for advice on how to set a good spectrum for my reef tank. i have a gen 3 radion pro and a mp40 pump with reef link. i have ever thing set up but need have to set a color lever before and not sure on what is the best and how much intensive i should have them?

What size is your tank? How far are your lights off your water? What type of corals do you plan to keep?

my tank is 40gal my light is 8'' from water in a radion bracket and well i have a little bit of a mixed reef going on

i currently have my vortec on lagoon mode at 5% and my lights running at about 40% with my uv down to zero and blues white green and red at 100%

The coral lab programs are great. A lot of time went into getting those lighting schedules worked out. As for your vortech if it is the only pump in your tank, you could probably ramp it up a bit more.

And you could definitely use your uv. I run mine at 100 percent in my pros. I don't think there is enough of them to hurt anything.

I would use the acclimation program and one of the preset programs.
Using the acclimation program and starting low, say in the 30% range and go up to 65% or so over 3-4 weeks will defiantly allow your corals to get use to the Radion leds.
Once you get to that point you can experiment a little intensities and programs.
