Radion problem

I was wondering about a reset. I've read of people having to contact ecotech when used light or vortech is tied to someone else's account. Sorry but I can't help with it shutting off at 31%. I assume your using mobius and I don't get along too well with the app so I'm of no help.
 
I got given it mate. Just factory reset it but it goes up to 31% then shuts off??
Glad to figured out the factory reset - I've bought some used ones before and had to perform factory resets on these lights to wipe out the previous owner's PIN.

As for the peak of 31% -- is it plugged into an Apex? Perhaps the Apex will kill power if temp is too high? I have 6 Radions, ranging from G6 XR30 Blues, G5 XR15 Pros, G4 XR30 Pros, etc -- I'm not aware of devices turning off based on intensity. Call Ecotech Marine support? They're very good with customer service & willing to help even if the device is out of warranty!

Are the fans working? It could be getting hot and shutting down.. I cranked mine one time to 90% and it shut off after a couple minutes because it go hot.. I let it cool down and plugged it back in and no problems.
