Radion Programming help

to get the program into the radion. Click the schedule options drop down then click import and then select the file. it will uplaod it into the light fixture. and yes the ecosmart software is a PITA. When i had mine it would get annoying how many times it would say offlie and i ould have to unplug and plug back in or restart software. It would totally screw up my light and led ontop would turn ornage then i would need to do a factory reset to get the light to work again. or the annoying site is down for maintenance and cant do any edits. Best thing to do with ecomart software is setup your light and then dont mess with it again. There just seems to be so many issues with an issue popping up the more you use ecosmart. I dont miss it

Looks like you have figured things out. Lighting intensity will depend on a lot of factors. How big is the tank, how deep, what corals you keep and so on.
But one thing you should never forget is to acclimate your livestock to your new lights slowly.
I have 3 radion gen3 pro on my 90g and my intensity in no more than 55%, lights are hanging 11" above water line and i have a mixed reef. Just to give you an idea.

Which radion did you end up with?

You have to be connected to program the lights (green mark).

No not yet. I couldn't get a laptop today to use. But as soon as I get it done I'll make sure to let you all know

It keeps doing this every time I open the connection manager

I guess you need a firmware reboot from Ecotech.
Shoot them a email or call in the afternoon, not in the morning as the run the beginning of the week meetings and update their hardware before noon on almost every Monday.

So what should I do to solve the problem? Would trying a different computer change anything at all?

You can try but I strongly advise you to contact Ecotech, their customer service is top notch and within 20 min after they login you be up and running and enjoy your light.
It's a win-win here.
