radion settings to encourage good algae and discourage bad

ok... no sps in the tank yet. looking to get the live rock back up and in action. Had bad issues last year.. ick and more wiped out 900 gallons sps .. so restarted..
looking for some lighting suggestions. Settings in the apex for the radions.
greens and reds to zero perhaps.
20 max intensity.
right now I have them set at 25% with colors even. but getting bad algae growth. I am basically lighting the half of the tank and other half off., and switching that in two week intervals to try and get the Coralline algae to take hold.

Just wondering if others have some lighting parameters that encouraged the good stuff and eliminate the bad.. phosphate remover and skimmer ect all in place..

Lol. I couldn't resist. Sorry.
Follow one of the preset programs or mix your own. The presents and the light itself is engineered to reduce as much good light for green plants as it can already without compromising what the corals need.

Ime , dark purple likes lower light and more red yellow.
On a program just set intensity accrued to depth and live stock.

I.e. 50 on the bottom 350 at the top )lots of purple)
Or 100 200 on the bottom (clams) and 500 at the top. More light less corraline, alwasys algae.
