Radion xr 15 G5s pro

I have 4xr15 G5s that I’ll try to update 2 updated the other two did not. I try to reboot to factory and when I did it still wouldn’t update I detach from Tank and try to add back wouldn’t let me told me to update I tried and tried still wouldn’t update. Do anyone knows the problem and what could I do about it? Please help sincerely

Did you try verifying them in troubleshooting? I always make a backup configuration and restore using that whenever I have an issue with any Radion.

No I did not I’m really new at this just learning trying to understand how to get lights up and running properly.
