Radion XR15 4th Gen preset help

I am having trouble setting up a custom preset inside the iPhone EcoTech Live app (using ReefLink). I save a preset and when I switch from the schedule to the preset that I made it looks like it increases the brightness and looks nothing like it did when I created the preset. I check to see what the brightness is and it shows to be at 7% which I what I saved the preset at but it’s probably at 50% intensity. I then move the slider up 1% and back down 1% and it seems to fix the brightness and looks like the preset that I had initially saved. Thanks

Have you tried contacting the company and maybe they can walk you through it? I'm not familiar with it maybe someone on #reefsquad knows something about setting it up.

No I haven’t contacted Ecotech, I wasn’t sure if it was a known glitch that everyone experiences.
