Radion xr15 broken LEDS

So basically i ordered a frag 105.4 from waterbox, when ordering it i also purchased, through them, a pair of xr15s, now 2-3 of the royalblue leds dont work, here is the dilema to go along with this, i received these lights/tank a fee months ago, but never took a good look at the lights due too cycling without lights, is it too late to ask for a new one, or should i try? I say this because I didnt realize how different it looks from side to side at certain points in the day

They should still be under warranty, so either waterbox or Ecotech needs to fix/replace them.
