There are a bunch of these threads, and all of them seem to have some ecotech employee saying call tech support with no clear solution; well it is Saturday and they are closed.
Everything is working fine on it except for EcoSmart Live... For the life of me I cannot get the lights time to change, whether I try and set it to custom or auto. I am using it plugged in via usb, running Windows 10 and using Google Chrome as my browser.
If I click the current time button it sets it to the right time, but when the light syncs up it just reverts back to the time that it was originally displaying which is 5 hours behind my current time. I don't know if it is an issue on the hardware side or software, but what I have so far experienced is that Ecotech should be the definition of software gore.
Update: now the website wont even detect the light plugged in even though the Windows Program detects it.
