Radion XR15 G5

Thinking about switching my lights from the redsea led 90 to the xr15 g5's. I just upgraded to the redsea 750xxl and and all of my corals are softie and lps so my question is how many LEDs will I need? Will 3 work? Everything I see is geared towards SPS which calls for 4 or 5.

I'd rather go over than under. 3 to 5 will all work-- but you can always dial back with more.

True! I just don't want to spend money on a extra light and have to dial it back and not use the lights to their full potential if you know what I mean. Like you said its better to have and not need than need and not have.

Over a 6' tank I think 2x xr30's and in a year when you cant resist the sps add a 3rd.
