Radion xr15 intensity

Hi guys.

I've recently replaced my two red sea led 90 lights with a pair of gen 6 radion pros .. I'm unsure what the intensity should be at I'm currently running the ab+ template at 50% it was at 80% but i got worried incase it was too high so turned it back down does anyone have experience with these? They currently sit on tank mounts on a red sea 250. The height is 53cm I believe according to red sea.
