Got my lights and one radion xr15 pro won't turn on , button led is green .

I just got a Radion XR15 for my frag tank and it wont work. It blinks. It will not turn on and stay on. I tried the reeflink and also to hook it up using the usb. Holding all 3 buttons yields nothing. Anybody know how to get this thing fired up? thanks

brand new in box....really disappointed.
