Radion XR15 Programming Suggestions 10g Nano Reef

I'm going to be setting up a Nuvo 10 here shortly. I picked up this XR15 G4 for a great price second hand. Probably overkill for what I need.

I'm getting it set up on EcoSmart Live. What programs, intensity, time length, spectrums etc. are y'all running at?

I haven't decided exactly what I want in my nano but I love zoas and pocillopora.

What would you suggest for a 10 gallon Innovative Marine Fusion?

I run the ab+ sps for a total of 10 hours. Thats 8 peak with an hour of ramp on each end. Im somewhere at 75% intensity but my tank is an sps dominant 18 inch cube. You can probably turn it down to 20-30% on your tank...

You will likley need to turn the intensity down. Rent a PAR meter from BRS to get it right.
