Radion xr15's on a wide tank

Hi, has anyone else got 2/3 radion XR15s on a tank that is wide front to back and are they ok?

We have a 625xxl reefer coming and we're going to go with 3 x radion xr15's but someone on another post said the single puck on the radions might not be enough to adequately cover the tank front to back which measures 65cm.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I have 5 on my 60"x30"x24". I think it's great. It depends on your aquascape and what you are trying to accomplish. Mine are 15" above the waterline.

Does the light reach a good amount of the tank. Obvs there will be a few shadows but just don't want too many!

Absolutely! The outer rim is a bit lower light, but I have not used a par meter. This has allowed me to put some lower light corals up high towards the backside of my aquascape.
Right now I have no canopy over the tank so the lights are running straight down the middle in a line. Again it all matters on what you are trying to accomplish. I think BRS did a video on using multiple XR15 and what the par readings were

So these are the readings for a tank that's 100 long x 50cm wide.

Ours will be 150cm long x 65cm wide.
