Radion XR15w blue schedule for nems

Hello I'm new to using the Radion XR15w blue, I have a fish and nem only tank with a large ritteri, and bubble tip nem I'm would what a good schedule would be for these news, the lights are 12 inches above the water and I have 4 of them, also the tank is 2 foot deep

If any one has any schedule you could share I would appreciate this very much.
