Full disclosure. I got this in trade from someone I know. It was actively working at his home when I picked up. Light works fine. I cleaned it up inside. Mount has seen better days. The top bracket does not lock down but will rotate to where you want. I think the 2 mounting screws on the neck should be replaced with some slightly longer ones that hold the top bracket to the arm. Saw some micro cracking plastic near base which I added some glue gel over for safety. Again it was holding the light at the home when I picked it up.
