Radion XR30 G4 Pro light question

I have a Red Sea reefer 525XL tank with two Radion XR30 G4 lights in a mixed reef. I am currently running the ABt schedule. I have a clear Red Sea DYI cover and want to know the light intensity I should use? Right now I'm at 70%.

If you’re having trouble with light intensity I’d suggest getting a par meter
