Radion xr30 not connecting to reeflink

Hello I just got my reeflink in the mail and have set everything up and my xr30 will not show up in ecotech live. I have tried wirelessly and USB. I can't get it to show up. My MP10 powerhead shows right up but not the light. Anyone know anything?

I know that reeflink sucks.....That much I know for sure. lol

You have to keep trying. It took me forever to get my Radions to show up.......Then my vortechs would disappear.
