Radion XR30 trouble

Hey guys,

I got a couple of xr30w gen 2s off of a gentleman here in r2r. They came in today and power on and seems to work fine. But, I can’t get them programmed. I can’t see them, anymore, on esl, nor can I even add an aquarium or get them factory reset.
Anyone have any ideas? I already sent a ticket to ecotech but it’ll be Monday at the earliest till I hear back from them..

I'm in the same boat. I tried yesterday to reprogram a gen 4 XR30 and am not having any luck.
ESL doesn't even see my fixture when it's plugged in with a USB.
ESL is mostly unresponsive to adding a new tank.

i got mine to show up on esl now. just reloaded the page and magic. but, now it's taking forever for them to be configured... I'm thinking about resetting them and seeing what happens.

I was able to log in a few days ago.
I setup a older gen 3 upgrade to a modified freshwater program.
Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to.

So yesterday I decided to modify a gen 4 program and nothing would work.
I tried deleting the old gen 3 and it's program as it's gone now.
I tried messing with it for a half hour. Finally ended up deleting the entire account and starting a new one.
Now it's not recognizing the gen 4 and pretty much nothing in ESL works for me.

try it now.. maybe it was something ecotech was doing to the esl site? Mine is working perfectly now.

I tried the factory reset.
The fixture did come on. Looks like full power ( just looking at it)
But the buttons on top aren't blue anymore.
The first 2 are a yellow/green color and the third is red.
And ESL is the same.

It's strange. I unplugged the power but left the usb connected and the first two buttons on top are blinking green/yellow and the last is blinking red.

Man... I wish I could help. Idk if I got lucky or what but I finally got mine to show up and was able to program them, all on usb. I’m very new to the radion lights and don’t know much.

I've had a few minor issues over the years I've used them, but never this bad.

But I started over completely with a new account and it still isn't working.
I'm stumped.
Hopefully the guys at ETM who are working from home now, can help.
I remember when I first got Radions, they would do a remote access on your computer and get the issue solved. And by watching what they did I learned.

I dig ecotech for that reason. I’ve heard nothing but good things about their customer service. I plan on getting more, and newer equipment from them for sure.
